Outlook 2003 - Asking to change password

I am working with a system that was configured with Ghost 8.0. In the
original image, Outlook 2003 was setup for a user's profile to adjust
some of the settings, then the profile was removed by means of CONTROL
PANEL | MAIL. When the system was deployed, it was configured for a
different user.

Now, after working correctly for some time, the user receives a dialog
box asking to change the password. The catch is that the username in
the box is the person used to setup Outlook for the image, not the new
user for whom Outlook is currently configured. If the user reboots the
computer, the prompt goes away.

On a campus with 2000 users, all using images configured in the same
manner, this has happened to about 8 users.

Any ideas on why the prompt would come up (Outlook gets its credentials
from a domain login) and why it would be based off of the original user
rather than this user?

Windows XP, Office 2003, Exchange 2003.

Thanks.
