A user is unable to receive email from a contact (she could previously). How
do I resolve this problem? The last message received was on 10/10/06. The
user has not been able to receive messages from this contact since then.

You should post this to an Exchange Group. Mail routing and SMTP sessions

Without any details, like Outlook version and account type, no one cn help
you at all. My first inclination is to think it's a problem on the sender's
side.
