How do I take backup of my Inbox, Outbox from Microsoft Outlook?

Hi,

I want to take backup of my Inbox, Outbox, from Mocrosoft outlook and I also
restore it into Outlook Express.

Could you please tell me the procedure?

if you want to restore it in outlook express, export it to OE and then back
up OE. See http://www.insideoe.com for instructions on backing up OE.
