If I want to send an email to an address on a website, I get the
following error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. A program error occured. Quit Outlook and Microsoft Windows and then start again." I know what the problem is but don't know how to fix it. On my machine I have both Office 2000 and 2003 installed but I am only using 2003. For some reason clicking on a webpage email tries to start Outlook 2000; because I am already running 2003 I get the error message above. How can i make all programs point just to 2003? Thanks very much in advance for your help. |

No way you can have two versions of Office on the same PC, except to have disjoint subsets of the applications, like Outlook 2003 and Word 2000. You certainly can't have two versions of Outlook. Installing Outlook 2003 first removes Outlook 2000. -- Brian Tillman |
