Default how disable the answer No at the request of ' return receipt '

If I send an email requesting a return receipt, when the email is
clicked or opened, it will pop-up on recipient's work station asking if

he wants to send return receipt.
Well, I must force my users receivers can't reply NO to the question.
The senders can decide if use or not the return receipt, but in case
they ask for return receipt then the receivers can't reply NO.
Do you have some idea on how can I do?
thanks

You can't force someone to respond - you can put a note in the message
asking recipients to either reply or allow the receipt to be sent, or use a
service that adds webbugs, but they are not foolproof either.

In addition to Diane's reply - I'd personally be incredibly offended if
someone even tried to do that and would likely not wish to correspond with
them in the future. If you want to ensure delivery/acceptance of something,
print it out and ask them to sign it.

Are you sure sure sure? in my country when I send a paper-mail with
return recepit the receiver can decide:
1 if he wants read the letter, he must sign the RRecepit at the postman
before open it
2 in case he doesn't want the letter simply he doesn't sign and he
can't open the letter

so, in case of e-mail with outlook, if the receiver wants open the
messagge I would like force the sender receive the RReceipt

If you want this feature, then you should do what I suggested in my previous
reply, and print out a piece of paper, and make the recipient sign something
saying he got/read it.
