hello,
has anyone had problems with running outlook 2000 (all patches) on winXP SP2? I have one workstation (new) that gets stuck whenever you click on send/receive. I've moved the user to thunderbird for now (imported all emails/accounts/contacts) but user wants to use outlook because that's what they feel comfortable working with. So, I tried uninstalling/rebooting and reinstalling again but it still gets stuck. Nothing shows up on the event viewer logs - only that outlook timed out and crashed. (times out after a long time). I'm just wondering if microsoft is starting to make older versions of office stop working so people buy the new versions... Thanks, Oskar |
