I just consulted with a fellow MVP and he informs me that the message header information you are looking for will be stripped if sent outside the same exchange or email organization (I am using Exchange 2003 here at home).
The cure for this is to zip the attachment and the server will ignore the header information. Both Exchange and Imail servers will strip the information. I presume other mail servers behave the same. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
