Sure, stop using OL, or set it not to download mail, or download and leave a
copy on theserver

Thanks a lot, Thats taken about 70% of my worrying away, but can you get the
actual pieces of mail back onto the webmail account

If they have been downloaded, and you did'nt select keep copy on server,
then I dont believe you can, other than by resending them to yourself. But
then why keep a copy on the web interface?

Assuming you're using Exchange foir your server, it would appear you set
Outlook to use a PST for the delivery location instead of leaving it on
Exchange. If you're using a POP server, then you've set Outlook to delete
downloaded messages from the server.

Is there a way to reverse this whole proccess so everything was like
it was before i did anything?

Depends. If you're using Exchange, yes. If not , no.
