Microsoft Outlook email - Outlook 2000 Forwarded emails gone from Inbox

Outlook 2000 Forwarded emails gone from Inbox

System:

win xp pro sp2
outlook 2000 sp3
POP3 (not exchange)

I have a user who is experiencing email disappearing from the Inbox
after forwarding.

I have checked the following:
Views
Rules
Everything under Options

There is nothing there that would make this happen.

Outlook 2000 Forwarded emails gone from Inbox

One thing to check is to make sure their Inbox folder isn't sorted by the
icon column

Outlook 2000 Forwarded emails gone from Inbox

Inbox is sorted by Received date.

Any other suggestions?
