Huge problem... need help

I may use Outlook in safe mode, but a lot of functions is not
working, and this is a problem for me. All the times I have installed
the office package from scratch, it import all my previous contacts
and email (at least they are not lost) but it seems to import the
damn error also....

I would appreciate all help and advice I could get :-) *
