Hello, Situation: Secretary has access to salemans shared Calendar. She creates all his appointments and then he can see them entered on his computer in his office. The salesman wants her to book his appointments on her computer and be able to sinc these appoinments onto his PDA from his computer. Problem: PDA synchronizes to a local calendar and NOT the shared calendar. Can we somehow make his pda syn to the shared calendar? We use Exchange 2003. Is this just a pipe dream or can this be done? Sure seems like a typical requirement and feature built-in. Any Help most appreciated, Regards, Trev |

Get rid of the "local" calendar. I presume that's in a PST file. You don't need it if you're using Exchange.

Hi Trev,
to synchronize a PDA with a Public Calendar you will need in addition to ActiveSync or HotSync an additional tool that supports also Public Exchange Folder. For a list of 3rd party tools have a look on this site: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/olpda.htm http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mobile.htm -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Share your contacts, calendars or e-mails http://www.publicshareware.com "Trevor" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ...
