Default reply stationarytemplate outlook2003

When I reply a message I want to see my own stationary template.
When I make a new message i get my own template. I'm working on
outlook2003
Can anybody help me?

I changed, the email.dot, the mail.oft but it won't work

When you reply, you use what the sender sent you, including no stationery and their font choice. Why do you want to override what the sender is willing to receive, as evinced by what they are willing to send?

reading.

After furious head scratching, asked:
