Default Is there a way to design a form?

Im trying to design a form for adding my business contacts, but it
wouldn't allow me to do it under the "business contact manager".
But i can successfully do it for other contacts file. Is there any way
to edit the form or design a form under the business contact manager?

outlook is way to complicated "

You might want to post this in a group specifically for business contact manager, microsoft.public.outlook.bcm.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, MuNcHkiN asked:

yes, that's what we're doing. we named it as business contacts in
business contact manager.
most of the functions we can use in other contact folders aren't
allowed in the business contact manager file. Why is that?
