In Outlook 2003 I have configured an automatic format rule to turn the
message red when it contains certain key words within the body of the message but Outlook does not apply the formatting. I am able to make the formatting work with key words in the subject line, but not message bodies. Is this a know bug or are there additional configurations that are required to make it work? Running 2003 on an XP Pro machine, POP3/SMTP. |

Care to show us your rule and describe how you created it? State also the format of the mesage upon which you wish it to act. -- Brian Tillman |
