John had this to say: My reply is at the bottom of your sent message: Hi Is there a software that can bulk validate a list of emails (possibly from a text file) by both the syntax and reverse dns lookup? Thanks Regards The short answer is yes. I've never used any of them but I know that there's a bunch of them though I think the majority want CSV files. http://search.msn.com and type in validate email addresses and skip over the links for Apache and ASP stuff and you will start to find some here and there. Because I've never used any I'm reluctant to recommend any of them as I didn't see any freeware offerings. -- Galen - MS MVP - Windows (Shell/User & IE) http://dts-l.org/ http://kgiii.info/ "We approached the case, you remember, with an absolutely blank mind, which is always an advantage.
