What type of folders are these? Have you run the Office Diagnostics?

I am at a loss then as I have not seen this problem with the beta. I have
seen folks not be able to close a .pst folder but not sub-folders. Have you tried a new mail profile? Configure it to use your same .pst file. I would not run scanpst.exe against it as there are known problems with the tool and Outlook 2007. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
