using outlook can you receive without tapping on receive messages
I would like to be able to see new messages in my in box without having to
use the receive tab. Is there a way to have them just come into my inbox without tapping on receive

Then it is time for you to start posting some actual information.

Unfortunately that doesn't tell us anything. What type of email account are
you using (email types include POP3, HTTP, IMAP, Exchange server)?
