I would prefer using Yahoo but Outllok kept poping up that it should be the
default email medium. When I reset to make it so, I have been experiecing new
problems. Whenever I clicked send, the whole page will disappear. After
finishing and I tried to close Outlook window it will tell me that there are
messages yet to be sent. No matter how long ago the messages have been deemed
sent that message will keep poping up. If I go to Outlook window to see if
the messages have gone by clicking the sent box, it will indicate that no
message had been sent. How do I know if all those messages got sent? Is it
not better for me to revert to Yahoo?

Try creating a new email address and send a test mail

Describe exactly how your mail account in Outlook is configured (leaving out
actual mail addresses, of course) and include your version of Outlook in
your description.
