Is there a way to mark a large group of messages as junk at one time
rather than clicking each one and hotting junk? We know how to select multiple messages but then the option to "add sender to junk senders list" becomes inoperable. My client is running Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help you can provide! Buster |

The junk mail filter in Outlook is untrainable. All you can do is add sender addresses to the Blocked Senders list and that's a highly inefficient way to manage junk mail because most spammers do not reuse addresses. It's fairly uncommon these days to get junk mail from the same address multiple times. If raising the sensitivity of the junk mail filter does not suit your needs, an add-on like http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ may be of value. -- Brian Tillman |
