windows installer wont quit
Hi:
When I launch outlook, a 'windows installer' box appears. Pressing cancel has no effect. As soon as it cancels, another 'windows installer' box appears. If I let the 'windows installer' box complete, then I get the message that a required installation of SKU112.cab could not be found. I do not have the MSOCache folder. I did locate a file called SKU112, but the installer did not like it. I can't use the CD ROM as my DVD/CD is broken. I have no idea why outlook all of the sudden decided it needs to have an update - is there a way to turn off the installer? Or, alternatively, to download the required files. All help is appreciated. Thanks, Doug |

Thanks for the reply. Is there no way to figure out what outlook is trying to install and remove it from my computer?
