Default Seeking way to "Select All" when trying to Run Rules Now

I have dozens and dozens of rules. Is there someway, other than checking
each one individually to run them ALL when choosing the Run Rules Now feature?

There is in Outlook 2007 (VBA code), but not earlier versions.
