outlook is synchronizing folders
I get "outlook is synchronizing folders" animated icon in the systray many,
many times a day and often it is there for a very long time. Sometimes it appears that it's presence prevents email from being sent/received until I close Outlook and restart the application. Is there a way to turn off this "feature"? WinXPpro Office 2003 Pop3 mail.
