RULES & ALERTS MISSING FROM TOOLS MENU
I updated to OFFICE 2007 BETA and recently uninstalled. I re-installed
OUTLOOK 2003 and now my RULES & ALERTS is missing from the tools menu. 1) Accounts are set up in Outlook 2) I'm using POP accounts 3) I am looking on Outlook's main page 4) My toolbar is showing All Items in View 5) I do have Navigation Pane selected in View Any insight would be grealy appreciated. |
RULES & ALERTS MISSING FROM TOOLS MENU
I had the exact same problem. I first attempted a repair installation of
Office 2003, to no avail. But, I did fix it, and here's how: I completely uninstalled 2003 and then ran CCleaner's Cleaner & Issues tools. Rebooted, re-installed 2003 and presto--had the Rules and Alerts option available. I would recommend thoroughly making sure ALL elements of both 2007 and 2003 are removed. Once confirmed, then run CCleaner. Good luck! "DJ ELITE" wrote: I updated to OFFICE 2007 BETA and recently uninstalled.
