I have looked all over Outlook Help and asked this question on the Web, and
I'm getting nowhere. It's a simple question that should have a simple answer. How do I "unsend" an email that I just sent but changed my mind about sending after I hit the send button????? |

You can attempt to recall it but you may not be successful. In Sent Items,
open the email that you sent. Click on Actions, then Recall This Message. It may or may not work. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com "dnorton" wrote: I have looked all over Outlook Help and asked this question on the Web, and I'm getting nowhere. If using Exchange, you can recall the email. If not, you are out of luck.

You can also save it as a draft while you have time to consider whether or
not you should send the email. -- Kathleen Orland Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: If it left the outbox, you can pretty much kiss it good bye. Hi Dnorton
Unless you are using an exchange server type of account you will not be able to recall a message that you have sent . Thanks Sreeni dnorton wrote: I have looked all over Outlook Help and asked this question on the Web, and I'm getting nowhere. It's a simple question that should have a simple answer.
