Default Where can I find basic Outlook 2003 training material?

We are migrating from Lotus Notes to Office/Exchange 2003. I am looking for
the basic training material as my end-users barely know how to use Lotus
Notes let alone having to become familiar with Outlook. All of the material
on this site assumes some prior knowledge of Outlook. I need something that
starts at the beginning, like "how to send an email".

In Outlook, click Help. Enter "Create a message" in the search box.

In addition too what Brian said, if you need a book on the subject that
starts users from the ground up, so to speak, you could always try
"Outlook 2003 for Dummies." While I'm not a big fan of the title, the
book may be just what you are looking for. You can read about it at
http://www.dummies.com/WileyCDA/Dumm...cat-USING.html

They have a free sample chapter which really covers just the basics at:
