How do I open an archived mail.
 

I recently auto archived my mail. Now I want to read a mail older than 6
months. I have followed the help instructions for "Restore archived items"
but go no where.

How do I open an archived mail.
 

File | Open | Outlook Data File, then display the Folder List navigation pane to see all the folders in the archive .pst file that you've opened.

Within OL; File/Open/data File............browse to location of the archive

In Outlook, File-Open-Outlook Data File and navigate to where your archive
pst is.
