I also wanted to mention that Next to Inbox in blue parentheses is the
number of unread messages. Let's say it reads like this: Inbox (14) Then after a half hour or so I can hit send/receive and it will look like this: Inbox (19) However in the Inbox I cannot see the 5 "new" messages that have been downloaded. Just the messages older than 06/19/2006 Any help is greatly appreciated - John FerrellTech wrote: I have a customer who is using Windows 2000 Pro with Outlook 2000. Until 4 days ago everything was fine. In his Inbox the latest emails are from 6/19/2006. When he hits Send/Receive you can hear the Outlook tada sound indicating a new message and you can see in the status bar that it is downloading message 1 of 4 (for example). However it is not visible in his Inbox. Inside his Inbox are a combination of Read and Unread messages. Just nothing since 4 days ago. Any idea how only these messages are not visible or where they are going? Thanks, John |

Recheck your View settings and make sure you have All Messages selected with
no filters. "Brian Tillman" wrote: FerrellTech wrote: I also wanted to mention that Next to Inbox in blue parentheses is the number of unread messages.
