Default How do I create and html page and save it as stationery?

I am trying to create a more appealing 'monthly' email blast; with our
company logo and some text as a static image. But we would also like the
chance to change out links to spec sheets and product image.

I've recieved emails from other people that when opened look just like their
web page, how dod i do that even?
