Default Mutliple User .PST Folder

Is there a way to create a .pst folder for archving mail that can be
accessed by more than one user?

The members of my team send and receive mail from several different
general mailboxes. We archive the messages in two ways. One is by
saving the message in an Outlook .pst folder that can be accessed
within Outlook. This .pst folder is stored on a shared network drive.

We also save the individual messages in their respective project
folders by using the Save As ... command.

Ideally, we'd like to be able to grant everyone on the team access to
the Outlook .pst folder that is being used as an archive. By
definition, this is a personal folder, so it looks like only one person
can use it. I'm wondering if anyone knows a way that we can share it.

Thanks

Any PST can be accessed by multiple users PROVIDED the PST is on a network
share all can access and that only one user at a time has that PST open.

Perhaps something here will help:
