I'd just copy the original PST with Outlook closed and put it on some
external device like a memory stick or an external hard drive.

Default Importing 2003 pst into 2007

I'd find the pst on the hard drive (usually C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook) and
copy it.
