rules and alerts limits with outlook 2003 & Exchange 2003
 

Hi,

an employee has reached the maximum size for its rules.
this employee use only 6 rules, but each one contains a large number of
contact and email references.
so the size is greater then the 64kb allowed.

creating a distribution list in outlook and use this list instead of a large
number of email adresses doesn't works.

what can we do?
can we do something at the exchange server level?
can we raise the 64kb limit?

Nope. Not in any current versions of Exchange, but Exch 2007 promises
better.
