SW to go beyond the Single Information Store OK 2003 search folder limit ?
As described in http://tinyurl.com/rqv4m , the outlook 2003 search
folders can only include message items from within a single Information Store. Do you know of any software that I could install to go beyond that limit? I'm willing to pay for it. I would use it to create a "for follow up" search folder containing the messages I flagged from various Information Stores. |

Some software such as LookOut can scan multiple stores but by design a
search folder can only search within its own store. It has to create a MAPI restriction which is a by store thing. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "cucumber" wrote in message oups.com... Yes I know about lookout, also the MSN search toolbar and the Google
Desktop search can index all my email with no store limitation. I am just asking for the equivalent of search folders on multiple stores.
