Default Communicator-let user enter own msg text when using full screen

Microsoft Communicator displays a DO NOT DISTURB message when a user is using
a full screen program. The user has the option of checking or unchecking the
checkbox for this. I like the idea that users know that you're unavailable
but I think there could be a friendlier message than "DO NOT DISTURB" or
better yet let the user enter their own message.

What does this have to do with Outlook?
