Default Outlook 2003 - show ALL mail, grouped by person?

How do I view ALL email received, grouped *by person*, in a single pane
regardless of folders?

BTW, Lotus Notes has a default "sort all messages by person" icon. The icon
generates a view showing every email stored on the server and local drive
(regardless of folder), grouped by person. Press another icon and switch back
to folder view. Very handy.

Thanks!

You could create a Search Folder that would include all your mail and give
that folder a group by sender view.
