Hidden messages in outlook
I am an exchange 2003 admin. I gave a user full access to a mailbox.
The problem is when the mailbox is added to the user's outlook profile, some of the messages are missing while everything is viewable when login in straight to the mailbox. I am using outlook 2003. Why is that? Please help |

Hidden messages in outlook
Maybe the hidden messages are marked private.

If they are private, the owner of the folder would need to make them unprivate, but there's no easy way to do that for a received message. Alternatively, the mailbox owner on the Tools | Options | Delegates dialog could check the box to allow delegates to see private items.
