I am developing software for add-in on Outlook client, but am doing
this in a 'closed' development environment. I'm looking for a 'pseudo-mail-server' that could run on the local machine to send and receive emails (testing environment only). Someone must have done this before.... |

Or if you have a server OS, use the SMTP service from that.
