"Signature" problem
Weirdest Outlook problem i've ever encountered and I've tried many things to
help this user, but to no avail. The problem is: Having NO problem making a signature to use, including a graphic, and setting it to be used as a default. That's working just fine. When the person sends me an email with that signature file, it comes in fine! But, if she sends a msg. to another user in her company OR i reply to her msg and send it back to her, the msg. comes in with a paperclip as if there is an "attachment" when there is not. I have checked many things, including the basic stuff on Exchange and everything appears to be set properly, BUT i'm thinking it must be a global configuration issue since all the users in the office have the same problem. Other than the regular things in options mail format (including the security option "change auto download settings") i just can't seem to isolate the answer to this issue. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance -- this one's really puzzling! |
