I can only see the date of my emails, not the time

I recently changed something in the way the date and time is displayed on new
emails. I used to be able to see the exact time an email was received, but
now it only shows the date.

How do I see the time again?

did you change the long date settings in windows or edit the field display
in outlook (r-click on the field names and choose custom, format columns)
