How to print list of messages?
In Outlook 2000, I have put messages on a particular topic in their own
folder. I now want to print, not the messages themselves, but the list which appears in the box above the preview pane. How can I do that? If there is a way of doing it, will that also work in Outlook 2003? |

Hello Brian,
Click File | Print while viewing that folder and on the left side of the print dialog make sure "Table View" is selected instead of Memo. -Ben- Ben M. you can also copy and paste them into notepad (or word, using paste special,
as text) to print. This will take just the visible fields for the selected messages. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Coauthor, OneNote 2003 for Windows (Visual QuickStart Guide) Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Brian Clarke" wrote in message ...
