Extracting sound files from Outlook 2002 emails

I would like instructions on extracting sound files from emails I
receive using Outlook 2002. I would like to be able to save these to
my hard drive.

Extracting sound files from Outlook 2002 emails

Is there no one out there who can help with this? I have received
infor on how to do this in OE, but am using Outlook. Please help.
