Delete items from sent items box
 

I have looked in the rules wizard and it doesn't look like you can set
a rule to delete a message permanently from a specific recipient when
it is sent.
I would like to delete the message as soon as it is sent from the sent
items box.

Is there any othe way this can be done?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Messages aren't sent from the Sent Items folder. They're sent from the
Outbox. An item is moved from the Outbox to the Sent Items folder AFTER it
is sent.

Is there any othe way this can be done?

Before clicking Send, click ViewOptions and uncheck the option to save the
message.
