Hi Folks - I am working with a visually impaired person. Everything is done
with the keyboard. When she receives an email in RTF format, she is unable to select and open the attachment using the keyboard. If we convert the messagage to Plain Text or HTML, then we can open the attachment. Does anyone know how to open an attachment with the keyboard when the message is in RTF format? Thanks. Michael |
