Where are these contacts? On Webmail, or in another email client? If the
latter, which one?

So you access them through your web browser? Then log on to your BTInternet
account and see what (if any) export options there are in your BTInternet
address book.

I have just started to use Outlook (2003) and want to bring my contacts list
from my btinternet mail account. Can anyone please tell me how to do this.

They are stored in my BT Internet email account. This is the account Outlook
gets my mail from.

Found the export in btinternet. Many thanks Gordon you have no doubt saved me
hours of trying to figure it out myself.
