Shared recipients, one read reads all
Hi There
There are several people in my office who receive the same email (to different accounts). The first person to come to it acts upon it. I was wondering if there was a way to see if the other recipients have read the mail? When the next person comes to the mail they try to act on it too and it wastes a few minutes each time. I have suggested we could use share folders but they are currently all against it. Any ideas would be muchly appreciated Sean Last edited by Sean.Mcc00 : August 9th 13 at 01:37 PM. |
