Replied Field in Outlook 2010
 

Hello,

Currently one of my tasks is to capture data from a shared inbox to report on volume of email requests received. I am trying to take this one step further and capture the date and time emails are replied to. I have had no luck in capturing this data through any method currently known to me.

I believe this may need to be done through VBA, of which I am a very novice user. Hoping the forum can help with this problem.
