Default Autoforwording using a template or a script

Hi,

I am trying to auto forward incoming e-mails by a specific sender and containing certain keywords to other people in my org. I also want these forwarded e-mails to contain additional text to give some instructions on actions to take next with the forwarded e-mail. I have explored the rules functionality, but don't see one that forwards templates -- just replies. Is there a simple script that could be added or is there a rule I can create?

Thanks,

Jim
