Default Remote Access to Outlook - contacts

HI I've got remote access to my work Outlook emails and I want to download all my contacts on to my home computer. I know I can do it by downloading from my work computer and saving on a memory stick but as I'm at home now I'm wondering whether there's an option to just download the contacts from the remote access.
Any ideas?
