I just installed Office 2003. When I go to my address book it shows not only
the person email address but also their fax number. How can I clean it up and
stop that?

Add an alphabetic character to the fax number field in the contacts to
obscure the fax number from the address book. Outlook considers the fax
number a valid electronic address since Outlook supports email and some fax
modules.
