Question Limiting the size of incoming email messages

I am in the process of switching from Eudora to Outlook for my email program. Eudora has a nice feature of allowing you to get a warning notice if an incoming email message is larger than some user specified size, so you can then decide whether to allow it to fully download or not. Does Outlook have a similar feature? If so, how can I access it?
