Clicked Exchange by mistake
Hi, hope you can help. I apologise in advance for my lack of techie lingo...
When setting up my pop3 info, (Outlook 2007) I fiddled about with the exchange tab/button...! I now can't get into Outlook at all. It's trying to configure exchange information that I don't have. I've tried all sorts of things, even restored to a previous date and reinstalled the Office program. First a pop up says, You can connect to the server using the network, or work offline, or cancel this logon. then, it says, the connection is unavailable. and comes up with a box to fill in about Microst exchange server, which of course i can't answer. so i cancel and another pop up says, cannot open your default email folders. I click ok and it disapears. Any ideas? |
